Returns & Refund

At Quavvi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we’re here to help!

Returns:
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging. Please note, personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process:
To start a return, contact us at info@quavvi.com. Provide your order number and details of the return. We will guide you through the return process. Please do not return your order without first contacting us, as we will be forced to reject the return.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. The return shipment should be sent to the address we provide you and needs to be tracked.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the return is approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@quavvi.com. Include photos of the damage or the wrong item received, and we will resolve the issue. Please let us know within 7 days, as we may not be able to assist with your request after this time.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

International Returns:
For international returns, customs and import fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Import duties for returns will be deducted from the refund amount.
