Warranty Terms
Our warranty is only valid for items originally purchased directly from Quavvi or an authorized reseller. If your item has already been replaced under warranty, it will not be eligible for another replacement under this policy. Furthermore, any item that has been refunded for any reason will not be eligible for a warranty claim.
We encourage you to inspect your items when they arrive. If you notice any defects or issues, please reach out to us immediately.
To process a warranty claim, we require clear photos or videos that show the defect. If your claim is verified, we will replace your product with a new one of the same model and style. If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative, but refunds will not be issued.
If the product was a gift, we will need the order number or the buyer's information to verify the original purchase.
Please note: Promotional items and complimentary items are not covered by this warranty.
